The R&B superstar told Sky News she was proud of her hubby's performance at the festival and would consider taking to the stage herself.
She told Showbiz correspondent Steve Hargrave: "I thought it was brilliant. Jay had all the controversy - but he came out and he did good.
"I was there to experience the energy, it was like something I have never experienced before."
When asked if she would like to take to the stage next year, she said: "It would be really amazing... I would love to do it."
The singer, who secretly wed Jay-Z in April, said she thought Amy Winehouse's performance at the festival was brilliant - but was disappointed the traditional Glastonbury-mud did not emerge.
"I had my wellies and I got my outfit organised but it didn't rain and I wanted the mud!"
